Two APC posts in the same day... coincidence?

Just read an interesting interview on l'express.fr with APC founder Jean Touitou. Definitely worth checking out. He even hints on an APC x Supreme collabo. Oh shit...

Desire part ?

APC pilot's jumpsuit (far left). I might just have to buy a Dickie's mechanics coveralls and have them altered.

Nomad Yorkville Now Open

It's the first day of Spring today and with it comes the promise of change and new life. Quite appropriately therefore, that our Nomad location in Yorkville is now open. We stayed all night last night finishing up the project and I feel like I might pass out any minute... but it was worth it and the store looks fantastic. Sorry for the lack of pics, I lent my camera to Joey and she's been putting it to good use. There is one pic of me wearing a leopard sweater though that should surface soon.

Pickup

Grabbed this Folkways record of Jean Ritchie singing folk and country songs at Sonic Boom yesterday and I am hooked. Kinda wish I had found this in the winter, full of eerie tunes about death and sadness that would have been great for the cold months. Filing this next to Nick Cave's Murder Ballads.

Good Ol' Andy Samberg

I think this is from like 2007, not 100% sure, but it's hilarious and I totally forgot about it until today. Just thought I'd share.

My man Geoff put me on to this line by Olivier Borde today called Garde Robe and just thought I'd share the knowledge.
...and don't you think the model looks a little like Martin Sheen circa Badlands?
